Summary
Regional Support Worker
Location: Cornwall and surrounding areas (up to 50 miles)
Pay rate: £15.00 per hour + 25 per mile
Hours:36 hours per week
Shifts:Days, nights and weekends (rota-based)
Requirement:Full UK Driving Licence + own transport (due to nature of the role)

We’re recruiting a Regional Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support across a range of services in the Norfolk region.
This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference.You’ll be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.
Provide person-centred care across different services
Support adults and children with complex clinical needs
Assist with personal care, medication, communication and community access
Adapt quickly to new teams and routines
Maintain accurate records and deliver safe, consistent support
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Flexible, reliable and comfortable travelling between services
Able to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Calm, adaptable and quick to learn
Permanent contract with guaranteed hours
Full training and funded NVQs in Health & Social Care
