Summary

Carer /Support Worker

About me I am a 16 year old happy, smiley good natured little girl. I love music, dancing and being outside. I understand more than I can say. I have epilepsy and sometimes need your help with that. I like other people’s company and I am cheeky and have a good sense of humour.
Hours and rate of pay

11 hours per week – Friday 1.15 - 6pm and Saturday or Sunday 10-4pm in term time (with some flexibility required on weekend according to our sons sporting schedule)

And 15 hours per week in school holidays 9-6pm on a friday, 10-4pm mid week during holiday time

£18.92 per hour (Gross)

Training

Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:

• Safeguarding Children

• Introduction to first aid

• Health and Safety





What you would be doing…

Having fun with DP Holder, helping her learn through play, taking her out in community for walks and in parks and to farm / the shops / coffee shops. Dancing and having giggles.

The carer will require own car and be able to take DP Holder out to parks / farms. Business insurance would be needed.

Training in dealing with epilepsy essential

Must be able to drive and happy to take me out into the community
