Summary
This newly formed project with be working alongside children who have previously been considered unable to live within their families or their communities. The Families Re-connect project is a project to work directly with children and families in their homes to support parenting skills and understanding, to manage risks and to offer therapeutically informed support and guidance to children and young people to be able to move forward with their lives and to be able to develop life long support networks.
