Are you passionate about safety and delivering an excellent customer experience?

As a Concierge/Facilities Ambassador with ISS, you will play a key role in creating a safe and secure environment, protecting colleagues, customers, and assets through exemplary security operations while providing a welcoming and professional presence on site.

The Role

Ensure the safety and security of the site and everyone on it at all times

Stay vigilant and identify any suspicious activity

Prevent unauthorised access to the site

Maintain awareness of all site activity and be fully briefed on daily events

Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for all visitors

Build positive, professional relationships with customers and colleagues

Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and report any breaches promptly

Work independently or as part of a team, depending on site requirements

About You

Previous security experience

A valid frontline Security Industry Authority (SIA) license (Security Guarding, Door Supervision, or Close Protection)

Knowledge of security systems and related technology

Excellent attention to detail and a consistent, professional approach

Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset

New recruits will be encouraged to enrol onto the relevant apprenticeship as part of their training and development
