Summary

Car Park Assistant
Location: Dudley

Hours: Varied between 8.00am - 11.00pm (weekends, evening events, and school holidays required)
Contract: Casual

The Black Country Living Museum is seeking a Car Park Assistant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Museum's front line, where you’ll be helping customers transcend into the past by being the first point of contact for our visitors.

What will you be doing?
• Welcoming visitors to the Museum by giving a positive and inclusive first impression.
• Directing visitors to our car parks and into spaces.
• Patrolling the car park and informing the Duty Manager of any repairs or maintenance.
• Supporting the safe exit of visitors from the car park, including advice on the exit barrier.
