To provide housing related support to service users to enable them to maintain their licence and to achieve their aspirations for independent living. You will participate in the assessment of referrals, ensuring that good practice and equality of opportunity is followed. Identify service users individual support needs and devise appropriate action plan. Ensure compliance as per all policies and procedures. Ensure service users have access to specialist support and liaise with relevant agencies. You will have knowledge of and keep up to date with issues relating to housing, support, welfare benefits and other relevant legislation. This post may require some lone working.
