Summary
Are you passionate about working with children and are eager to kickstart a rewarding career in childcare? Swift Childcare is offering an exciting opportunity where you will be earning while learning and at the end of it you will be a fully qualified Level 3 Early Years professional!
We have partnered with Blooming Futures Daycare, a ‘Good’ Ofsted rated nursery located in Baintree for children aged between 0 to 5 years old.
The benefits of being a Swift Apprentice:
- Minimum 30 hours a week, Monday to Fridays!
- Hands on experience in a real work environment
- Remote learning and online support from experienced tutors
- One to one guidance throughout your apprenticeship
- Progressive opportunities to move into full time employment upon apprenticeship completion
What you will be doing:
- Working towards a L3 Early Years qualification
- Creating fun and challenging activities for children
- Supporting the learning and development of children
- Assisting with daily routines including meals, nap times and outdoor play
- Ensuring the nursery environment is safe for children
- Communicating well with other childcare professionals
To be successful in joining onto the Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship course, you will need GCSE Maths and English in grade 4 or above or an equivalent (Functional Skills level 2).
