Summary
Corepeople are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Finisher to join the team in Morpeth.
The role involves minor joinery work such as boxing-in and fitting plinths, as well as cleaning, sealing, and bringing properties up to final handover standard. The ideal candidate must be confident using a silicone gun neatly and efficiently.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
• Valid CSCS card
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Own tools, including drills (essential for self-employed candidates)
• High quality and speed of work
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, professional, and well presented
• Ability to work independently
