Programme Duration: 2-year programme starting September 2026

Graduate Programme;

What you'll be doing;
As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you'll support the delivery of structural engineering solutions across construction projects whilst developing your professional skills towards chartership.
- Support the design, analysis, and delivery of structural engineering solutions across construction projects
- Assist senior engineers in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient structural designs
- Deliver accurate and timely technical work
- Communicate technical information concisely to internal contacts
- Analyse and solve complex structural engineering problems
- Assess how existing structures can be adapted for new conditions
- Apply efficient design principles across projects
- Work towards professional chartership development
What we're looking for;
- Degree-level qualification in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related engineering discipline (to be achieved by September 2026)
- Strong technical delivery skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development and chartership progression
- Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially relocate for role requirements
- Excellent communication and collaborative team working abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver with analytical mindset
- Adaptable to changing project scopes and deadlines
- Commercial awareness and interest in sustainable design approaches
Desirable:
- Working or willing to work towards the IStructE membership
- Experience with analysis software, calculation packages, Autocad
