Labourer

Job Location: Bournemouth, covering the South West region. Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours

This is an exciting opportunity for an Labourer to join Novus Property Solutions, Repairs and minor planned works division, providing high-quality support to the tradesman undertaking property repair and replacement services within Social Housing properties

An outline of your responsibilities and experience

Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Lbaoruing background, ideally within properties
The works include supporting with the repairs to properties, including doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, patch plastering, groundworks and general handyman type duties to ensure functionality.
Some tasks will be completed independently and others paired with one of our experienced tradesman to undertake works
Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively to meet company targets
Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
Ideally you will have previous experience working in properties supporting repairs works
This role will require a DBS check and a full UK driving licence is required.
