Summary
We are looking for a skilled Wood Machinist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with an eye for detail, a passion for working with timber, and the drive to deliver high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining woodworking machinery (saws, planers, spindle moulders, tennoner etc.)
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Measuring, cutting, shaping, and finishing wood components to precise standards
Ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment
Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
Previous experience as a wood machinist or in a similar woodworking role
Strong knowledge of timber, joinery processes, and woodworking machinery
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of health & safety regulations in a workshop environment
Positive attitude and team player
