Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Support & Marketing Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and dynamic role combining customer support, administration, and marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business and taking ownership of their work.
Please note: Salary is pro rata and hours will be agreed at time of the interview.
You will be a key point of contact for incoming queries, while also supporting marketing and social media activity and ensuring our records, reporting and deadlines are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Providing effective support and problem-solving for customer and internal queries
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and records
• Supporting marketing activities, including social media content and campaigns
• Conducting research and preparing information for reports and projects
• Working to deadlines and managing competing priorities
• Producing reports and supporting management with information as required
• Collaborating with colleagues while also working independently when needed
Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Knowledge and understanding of marketing and social media
• Strong creativity with an eye for content and presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to problem-solve and use initiative
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
• Experience in an administrative, marketing or support role
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools or CRM systems
• Basic design skills (e.g. Canva)
