About the Role

We're looking for Relief Support Staff to join our inspiring care team in Frimley. You'll be supporting two gentlemen and three ladies, all in their 50s-60s, who live together in their warm, welcoming home. They're an outgoing group who enjoy a full and active life — and they're excited to meet Support Workers who want to get involved in the things they love.

Shifts Available - A variety of flexible shifts are available, including:

- Day Shifts

- Early: 7:30-15:00

- Late: 14:30-22:00

- Waking Nights - 21:45-07:45

- Trips to and from day services

- Lunch at the pub every Friday

- Shopping for clothes and home décor

- Friendly darts matches (referees welcome!)

- Puzzles, quizzes, and drawing

- Caring for the much-loved house cat

About You

We're looking for people who are compassionate, reliable, and ready to support others to live life on their own terms.

- A full UK/EU driving licence is desirable, as the people we support have access to a vehicle.

- Not everyone we support uses words to communicate, but they each have their own ways of expressing what they want and need. If you're new to this, that's absolutely fine — full training is provided.

- You may also support with:

- Managing finances

- Daily living tasks
