Are you passionate about law education and supporting international students at foundation level?
At QA Higher Education, we’re committed to delivering an outstanding academic experience that empowers students to succeed. We’re currently seeking flexible and committed Lecturers in Law to join our teaching team on a Sessional Contract basis at our Newcastle campus.
Please note: All teaching is delivered on campus in Newcastle. Applicants must be able to teach face-to-face in Newcastle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver high-quality teaching on Level 3 Law modules within our Business and Law pathway programmes.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to a diverse international student cohort.
- Assess student work and provide clear, constructive academic feedback.
- Offer academic guidance and pastoral support to help students progress successfully to undergraduate study.
- Work closely with programme leaders to ensure a consistent and positive student learning experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience teaching Level 3 Law, ideally within schools, FE colleges, or higher education.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for developing students’ academic skills.
- The ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of international students.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work on a zero-hours basis, depending on programme requirements.
