We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Tyre Technician to join our busy and professional workshop team in Southend. As a Tyre Technician, you’ll play a vital role within the parts and service operation, helping deliver a first-class experience for every customer.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Tyre Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to continue developing their skills. As a Tyre Technician, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the workshop and service teams, ensuring tyres are fitted safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Carry out tyre fitting efficiently and competently, meeting manufacturer standards
- Maintain and develop your skills in all areas of tyre fitting technology
- Work closely with Service Reception and Workshop Control
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation
- Occasionally speak with customers, providing expert technical advice
- Represent the business professionally at all times as a Tyre Technician

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Tyre Technician / Tyre Fitter (essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Quality-focused mindset
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
