Summary

Title: Primary & Secondary SEN Teaching Assistants | Leigh-on-Sea School Location

Pay: £90 - £100 per day (Dependent on Experience)

The Environment: A Warm, Nurturing Start This primary SEN school in Leigh-on-Sea is a wonderful environment for staff who enjoy early intervention. The team is made up of "salt of the earth" individuals who treat every child with the care they would their own. The facilities are good, including sensory play areas and creative learning zones, but it is the atmosphere of the school that truly stands out. It is a welcoming, busy, and happy place to work, where a strong work ethic is met with appreciation and a friendly "muck-in" attitude.

Your Role: More Than Just Support We are looking for LSAs who is ready to be proactive and involved from the moment they walk through the door.

  • Involved Classroom Support: Helping younger children engage with sensory play, literacy, and social activities. Your energy and positive attitude will be key to their success.

  • Flexible Mindset: You must be open-minded and flexible, as primary SEN needs can change rapidly throughout the day.

  • Team Integration: We value staff who can integrate with ease. You will work closely with teachers and parents to ensure a consistent support network for the children.

  • Compassionate Personal Care: Helping children with their daily personal care and hygiene routines with a gentle and professional manner.
