Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

A unique opportunity has arisen to join our hardworking, committed and friendly team. Required to start after the Easter break, the Governors of Beighton Nursery Infant School wish to appoint an experienced, dedicated and flexible School Manager, who has the skillset to make a difference to our school. This is a permanent 41 week contract.

The role of the School Manager is varied and includes local responsibility for

• Finance
• Premises
• Health & Safety
• Information Management
• Office Management & Administration

The successful candidate will

• Have the appropriate qualifications or experience
• Have high expectations of themselves and others
• Demonstrate they have the abilities to manage a busy office and organise and lead administrative and premises staff
• Be exceptionally organised, proactive and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess excellent problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will positively and actively contribute to whole school improvement
