Overview

We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support a busy construction site based in Inverness city centre. This is a part-time role (24 hours per week), although we are open to discussing full-time hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document control, including managing drawings and site documentation
  • General site administration duties
  • Ordering PPE and site supplies
  • Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Printing and distributing drawings
  • Maintaining online and electronic filing systems
  • Reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing site communications
About You
  • Previous experience in site administration or a similar admin role is preferred
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident with IT systems, online filing, and document management
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
