Randstad is currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious 360 Operator to take the controls of a 14-tonne machine on an upcoming project. If you have the precision to handle heavy plant and the drive to keep a site moving, we want to hear from you.
The Essentials-
Certification: Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS card (360 Above 10 Tonnes).

PPE: Full kit required (Hard hat, high-vis, and safety boots).

Experience: Proven experience operating 13-14 tonne tracked or wheeled excavators.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Operating a 14-tonne machine requires more than just moving dirt; we need a versatile operator capable of:

Excavation & Trenching: Digging foundations, footings, and drainage trenches to specific depths and gradients.

Grading & Leveling: Using the bucket to finish surfaces and prepare ground for further construction.

Lifting Operations: Safely executing lifting plans to move pipes, manhole rings, or other heavy materials (valid lifting ops endorsement preferred).

Utility Awareness: Carefully excavating around live services and following banksman signals.

Machine Care: Conducting daily pre-start checks (oil, water, grease points) and reporting any mechanical issues.

Loading: Efficiently loading muck-away lorries and site dumpers to maintain workflow.
