The Role: Administrator
This role provides essential administrative support to the Estimating department and external Sales Managers. You will be responsible for accurate data input, maintaining organised digital records, liaising with suppliers and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Data inputting for the Estimating team
Organising and maintaining digital files and project information
Supporting external Sales Managers with administrative tasks and document preparation
Speaking with suppliers to request information, chase quotations and update records
Preparing written documents, reports and work summaries for internal use
Assisting with tender documentation and general office administration
Maintaining organised records and ensuring information is up to date
Providing wider administrative support across the department as required
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good communication skills, confident speaking with suppliers and internal teams
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
A proactive, reliable and team‑focused approach
