Summary

We’re a thriving team passionate about working together to deliver excellence, all in a natural forest environment.

Welcome to Center Parcs – the number one choice for short break holidays, employing a team of over 10,000 across six separate villages located in the UK and Ireland. We are commercially focussed but ensure that this is led by an ethos of delivering excellent service which provides our guests with wonderful memories of their time with us. Standards, be they operational, health & safety or otherwise, are important to us, as is our ongoing commitment to nurture the forest environment within which we operate.

TEAM LEADER - FIRST AID AND EMERGENCY TECHNICIAN | £14.50 per hour

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Leader – First Aid Emergency Technician to oversee the delivery of high‑quality first aid emergency response services across the village. This role combines emergency care with critical administrative functions, ensuring operational readiness and compliance at all times

Working closely with the Security Manager, you will coordinate staffing and schedule first aid coverage in line with village activity levels. You’ll provide daily leadership and support to the first aid team, ensuring consistently high performance and maintaining a strong culture of safety and care.

Key responsibilities include managing and delegating the ordering of first aid supplies and emergency equipment for both the First Aid Centre and the wider village, as well as overseeing equipment requests and ensuring timely preparation for incoming guests. You will also play a central role in preparing for annual compliance audits, ensuring that all documentation, equipment, and procedures meet required standards.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to health, safety, and the wellbeing of guests and colleagues.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role the successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) with Child & Adult List Barring Check. This disclosure, together with other selection information, will need to be satisfactory to the Company for employment to commence.

Please note that to apply for a role with us, you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Woburn Forest, as it is not easily accessible by public transport. If you plan to use public transport, please follow this link for a realistic overview of your commute: Plan Your Journey

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

ABOUT YOU

Alongside your First Aid at Work certification, including AED, or extensive experience in first aid, you’ll have first class communication skills, work well under pressure and have a calm nature with the ability to assess and act quickly.

Essential requirements:
