Summary
Essential person specification requirements Qualifications Some previous experience in Health Care and working in a hospital setting NVQ or equivalent Education to GCSE or equivalent level of education in Maths and English Experience Previous NHS experience Previous experience of call handling in a customer service Environment. Experience of NHS IT systems Skills & Abilities Excellent communications skills. Effective team player. Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritise and manage own workload without direct supervision. Be able to adapt to fluctuating trends on a day to day basis.
