Job Title: Sports Lecturer

Contract: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Sports Lecturer to join our college in Bedford. The role involves planning and delivering Level 1, 2, and 3 Sport courses, assessing student progress, and supporting their development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons for Level 1, 2, and 3 Sport students.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development and improvements.
- Support student development and provide pastoral care as needed.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
- Degree or relevant qualification in Sport or related field.
- Teaching experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and support students of all abilities.
