Your new role
As Site Agent, you'll take ownership of site operations and lead a skilled team to deliver excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site engineers and section engineers.
- Preparing and reviewing work packages and management plans.
- Overseeing subcontractors and supplier relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with H&S and CDM regulations.
- Monitoring contractual requirements and maintaining accurate records.
- Leading site meetings, daily briefings, and maintaining site diaries.
- Delivering works to specification and supporting project close-out.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions will shape the success of a major infrastructure project.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role within highways or civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of H&S/CDM legislation and NEC contracts.
- Ability to manage a site or section of a larger project effectively.
- SMSTS certification and First Aid at Work.
- Full UK driving licence.
Your ability to lead teams, maintain standards, and drive performance will be key.
