  About the Role

  We are currently recruiting a General Operative to join a well-established chemical manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a hands-on role within a production environment, supporting day-to-day manufacturing and packing operations.

  Applicants must be comfortable working in a chemical manufacturing environment and able to follow strict health, safety and quality procedures.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Packing finished products at the end of the production line

    
    

  • Bottling products in line with production requirements

    
    

  • Labelling products accurately and to specification

    
    

  • Assisting with general production and manufacturing tasks

    
    

  • Following all health, safety and COSHH procedures

    
    

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

    
    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

      
      

    • Willingness to work in a chemical environment

      
      

    • Strong attention to detail

      
      

    • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

      
      

    • Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
