Summary

Our Client based in Newbury, who have been established for over 25 years are the leading processor and recycler of WEEE waste in the UK are looking for a Compliance Administrator a permanent full time basis due to continuous business growth.

Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary £32,000 - £38,000 per annum DOE
* Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Duties & Responsibilities
* Maintain and update compliance trackers and audit logs
* Organise and file regulatory and Health & Safety documentation
* Communicate with external inspectors, service providers, and contractors
* Prepare comprehensive compliance packs for audits and inspections
* Draft and circulate toolbox talks and safety-related communications
* Track training expiry dates and coordinate renewals
* Update company policies, procedures, and website content
* Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager on compliance matters
* Maintain and update the company website, ensuring compliance-related information, certifications, and policies are current.

Skills & Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in compliance, Health & Safety, environmental, or administrative roles, ideally within waste, recycling, logistics, or industrial environments
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety and environmental compliance standards
* Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational capabilities
* Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
* Competent IT user with strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skill
