We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to deliver high-quality electrical building services maintenance.​

You will play a key role in ensuring PPM, reactive and proactive works are completed to a high standard, supporting service delivery and meeting customer expectations.

Job Description

We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, proven FM or commercial property maintenance experience, and recognised electrical qualifications.​

The role includes participation in the callout rota and involvement in contractor supervision, permit issuing and general building services duties.

Shift Pattern:

Dayshift: 06:00-14:00
Backshift: 14:00-22:00
Nightshift: 22:00-06:00
On-call: One weekend in every 8

Key Responsibilities

Complete electrical PPM, reactive and proactive tasks within designated SLAs.

Carry out electrical fault finding, maintenance, installation, and inspection/testing duties.

Undertake general building services tasks such as basic fabric, mechanical, and HVAC-related work.

Provide callout support in line with the established rota.

Manage and monitor contractors on site to ensure compliance with standards.

Issue Permits to Work as required.

Ensure all work meets statutory compliance and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate documentation and records for all completed works.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience delivering electrical building services maintenance.

Strong background in reactive and PPM maintenance within FM or commercial environments.

City & Guilds 2230 Level 3, NVQ 2356 / 2357, or City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation.

AM1 and AM2.

City & Guilds 18th Edition (BS7671:2018) – A2 Amendment preferable.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Requirements:

Recognised electrical apprenticeship.

City & Guilds 2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing).

JIB accreditation.

IPAF / PASMA certifications.

Full UK Driving Licence.
