Position: Premises Officer
Required from: Start date - as soon as possibleContract Type: Permanent. 30 hours per week and 42 weeks per year (school term time plus 4 additional weeks) some flexibility in hours will be considered. As the Premises Officer, you will be responsible for the supervision of our school site, ensuring the maintenance and security of our buildings. Your role is crucial in providing a high-quality environment that supports the educational and extracurricular activities of our pupils and staff.
We are looking for someone who:
• Can effectively oversee the maintenance and security of school buildings and grounds.
• Will ensure the cleanliness and safety of all school facilities.
• To conduct regular inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Will be able to manage contractors & service providers to ensure high standards of work as needed.
• Will work within the required health and safety policies and procedures.
• Is a strong team player, able to work effectively with school staff.
• Is committed to the vision of the school.
• has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is self-motivated.
