We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Change Partner to support the delivery of people-led change across a range of organisational initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring change is understood, embraced, and embedded at all levels.
As a Business Change Partner you will work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and operational colleagues to assess impacts, design targeted change interventions, and support behavioural adoption. You will listen to colleagues, respond to concerns, and help teams understand the purpose and benefits of change.
The Business Change Partner will embed into existing teams, tailor engagement approaches, and build confidence during periods of transformation. You will champion best practice change management, support leaders to lead change effectively, and deliver measurable improvements in engagement and readiness.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Business Change Partner include:
• Stakeholder Partnership: Building strong relationships with sponsors, leaders, and stakeholders across the organisation
• Change Impact Assessment: Assessing the impact of change on people, roles, processes, and ways of working
• Change Planning: Developing and delivering change management plans covering communication, engagement, training, and adoption
• Leadership Support: Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting them to lead and embed change effectively
• Process Improvement: Defining, evaluating, and improving business processes to support readiness and benefits realisation
• Engagement & Communication: Designing and delivering engaging communications and activities to support understanding and confidence
• Facilitation: Leading workshops and meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and build shared understanding
• Training Support: Supporting the design and delivery of training, user guides, FAQs, and support materials
• Collaboration: Working closely with the Business Change Manager and project teams to align change activity with delivery plans
• Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking adoption, progress, and outcomes, adapting plans to maximise effectiveness
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience delivering people and process change initiatives
• A recognised change management qualification
• Experience working in matrix teams and fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and change best practice
• A calm, people-centred approach with strong listening and communication skills
DESIRABLE
• Experience supporting operating model or organisational change
• An understanding of the social housing environment and its regulatory context
