Summary
As a HR Administrator you will ensure effective delivery of HR services across the Manufacturing Business Unit. This role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating training logistics, supporting recruitment, and ensuring HR operations align with UK employment legislation and best practice.
25 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 2.00pm
Tasks
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in line with GDPR and company policy.
Support the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contract changes, and leavers.
Maintain and update employee records on the HRCM and personnel files
Draft offer letters, contracts of employment, and other HR-related documentation.
Assist with maintaining HR databases and reporting (e.g. sickness absence, turnover, compliance).
Respond to routine employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Monitor annual leave, sickness absence, and other types of leave using HR systems.
Organise Occupational Health referrals and scheduled reviews
Monitor and manage HR inbox, responding to general enquiries
Maintain right to work records
Recruitment Support
Post job adverts on job boards and internal platforms.
Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers, agencies and candidates.
Support pre-employment checks including right-to-work verification and references
