Summary
Administrator (25 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm
Manufacturing Business Unit

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrator to support our HR Manager in delivering exceptional people services across our manufacturing business unit.

Key Responsibilities
Administration
Maintain up to date and accurate employee records in line with GDPR and company policy.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract changes, and leavers.
Maintain and update employee details on the HR/People Management System and within personnel files.
Assist with maintaining HR databases and generating reports (e.g., sickness absence, turnover, compliance).
Monitor annual leave, sickness absence, and other types of leave using HR systems.
Organise Occupational Health referrals and manage scheduled reviews.
Monitor and manage the HR inbox, responding to general enquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and compliant right to work records.
Recruitment Support
•Post job adverts on external job boards and internal platforms.
•Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies.
•Support pre employment checks, including right to work verification and reference requests.

About You
•Experience in an administrative role is desirable.
•Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
•Able to handle multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
•Confident communicator with a proactive, customer focused approach.
•Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
