Summary
This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. Please refer to the Job Description for full details. In addition to the above: Identify resources and faculty to carry out this specialist role. Implement and manage simulation and clinical skills to ensure continued development in response to needs, ensuring effective uptake of simulation and clinical skills sessions provided. Act independently in operating, maintaining and managing the simulation manikins and clinical skills trainers. As an expert, train appropriate colleagues in the operating and maintenance of these. Develop educational strategies in line with National curriculum standards. Lead and undertake surveys, as required that relate to simulation and education practice, feeding back findings to educational executive team and relevant colleagues. Test new simulation and training equipment and develop business cases to support the purchase of such equipment within the organisation.
