Summary
Act as the senior point of escalation for all Hard FM and Soft FM contract-related issues, including performance, compliance, risk and service continuity Ensure effective management of Hard FM contract mechanisms, including planned and reactive maintenance, backlog maintenance, lifecycle investment, asset data quality and performance reporting. Provide assurance that Hard FM services support patient safety, clinical continuity, business resilience and long-term estate sustainability. Lead benchmarking and value for money analysis, including ERIC returns and NHS Model Hospital data. Provide high-quality, data-driven reports for Contract Boards, Project Boards and Trust committees.
