Summary
Site Supervisor Required in Aberdeen
* £17.97ph PAYE + Rolled up Holiday Pay + Pension*
* Immediate Start Available *
Work as a site supervisor and team leader for maintenance and contract works across Aberdeeen City. You will lead and supervise a multi-skilled work force made up of several different strades.
Responsibilities include:
- Participate in investigations when concerns or complaints have been raised.
- Attend various meetings, as required, with contractors, specialist firms, Council Services, other local authority bodies, private consultants etc.
- Update and develop procedures for monitoring and reviewing.
You will need:
- Drivers License
- Understanding and ability to work with all main building trades.
- A knowledge of social housing stock and the construction methods used in building them.
- A good knowledge of building regulations.
- Good knowledge of the regulations relating to asbestos.
- Understanding of current Health and Safety issues and all current legislation and statutory procedures.
- Experience in completing risk assessments
- Knowledge of IT packages, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Word etc.
