| Additional salary information: | £49,370 – £54,142 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, subject to salary review plus SEN1 (£2,539) or SEN2 (£4,539) allowance for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria Orchard Hill College offers an additional allowance of £2,539 per annum if you hold QTS, QTLS or have a PGCE. If you have a SEN specific qualification at level 4 or above in addition to QTS, QTLS or a PGCE, then you will qualify for our higher allowance of £4,539 per annum |

Summary
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Develop the Curriculum.
• Ensure High Quality Teaching and Learning.
• Lead, Manage and Develop a team of lecturers.
• Monitor Quality, Compliance and Learner Journey.
• Promote Inclusion, Safeguarding and Effective Communication.
Key Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher or Equivalent
• Experience of teaching students with SLD, PMLD and or ASC and evidence of having high standards of education for all students.
• Experience of leading a team of lecturers and supporting them on areas of the curriculum.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and the ability to promote the safeguarding and well-being of vulnerable students.
