Summary
Support Worker average 12 hours per week. Extra shifts if wanted. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small award winning friendly team.
You will be supporting a young man with learning disability to lead a full and active live. The role includes supporting with all aspects of daily living, and most importantly, out and about meeting with friends and attending activities/enjoying a social life.
The successful candidate will be outgoing and caring, and have at least 12 months experience working in a similar setting .
MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE.
We offer good terms and conditions, pension scheme, excellent training and development programme. Shift system including sleeping nights. Long view of rota. Extensive paid training before working on your own.
