A Personal Assistant is required to support a happy, sociable and lively six-year-old autistic girl with ADHD living in Threemilestone.

She is looking for someone with whom she can build a positive relationship and who can provide 1:1 support at home and in the community, enabling her to explore and thrive. The role focuses on supporting her in social situations and helping her practice skills such as following instructions, listening to directions, and turn-taking.

She loves meeting new people and enjoys being outdoors where she can play freely. Her favourite places to visit include parks, beaches, woods, soft play areas, and anywhere she can run around and expend energy. She also enjoys imaginative play with Barbies and baby dolls and has a great love for animals.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support a young person in expanding her world and gaining greater independence — while making a meaningful difference in her life.

Pay: Starting at £13.00 per hour, with potential for increase based on skills and experience.
