As a Security Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:
✅Manageand oversee the daily operations of the security service across all designated Trust sites
✅Assessing risksand implementing site wide safety measures and process.
✅Developand maintain security staff rotas, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures
✅Carry out appraisals and oversee sickness reports within the Security team.
✅Generating reportsboth electronically and in written form and present data to wider Trust and NHS forums.
✅Upholding NHS valuesand delivering a high standard of service.
