An opportunity has arisen for 2 dynamic individuals to work in a new, exciting and developing role as a Homelessness Prevention Support Practitioner as part of the Innovative Stage 2 Project funded by the Welsh Government.
This is an opportunity to work in a brand new, innovative role and shape it to form an essential part of the multidisciplinary team. Working with households in a person centred way ensuring that practice is fully psychologically and trauma informed.
We will offer you a full induction, regular supervision and access to training and development opportunities as well as support opportunities for career progression.
