Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator to drive UK Sales growth for the UK’s leading manufacturers of precast concrete products across construction and Building trades.

What the role involves:

• Delivering proactive sales and business development across the UK, managing relationships with dealers and end-users in the construction and building trade
• Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through quoting and listening t the customer requirements, closing, and after- sales support.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and distributors to drive sales and business development success.
• Using CRM systems to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and report on sales performance.

About you:

• Preferred hands-on experience in the construction and building Trade
• Confident in making proactive outbound calls and generating new business leads.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence dealers and end customers alike.

The ideal candidate will be sales target-driven, can communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels with customers, and have the ability to use their own initiative that may add benefit to the customer as well as our business. Self-motivated and methodical approach to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Salary – £28,000 – 30,000 per year
