Summary
Void Property Decorator
We’re looking for an experienced Decorator to work on empty (void) residential properties, bringing them back to a clean, well-finished, lettable standard.
This is hands-on work suited to someone practical, reliable, and used to working to turnaround deadlines.
The Role
Preparing and redecorating empty residential properties
Minor wall and surface repairs (filling, patching, sanding, making good)
Full redecoration of walls, ceilings, and woodwork
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a decorator (voids / rental properties ideal)
Confident with minor repairs and surface preparation
High standard of finish with a practical, “fit for let” mindset
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Full UK driving licence preferred
