Summary
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding 1:1 role?
We are seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil in Year 4 at a welcoming primary school.
The Role- 1:1 support in Year 4
- Supporting a pupil on a full-time basis
- Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team
- Based in Hertfordshire / Essex border area
- Start: February until end of academic year
- Ideal for experienced LSAs confident with 1:1 support
- Small, friendly primary school with a strong community feel
- Supportive and collaborative staff team
- Ofsted-rated Good, with positive comments on pupil behaviour and leadership
- Rural / village setting – own transport may be beneficial
- Experience working as a LSA, ideally in KS2
- A patient, nurturing and consistent approach
- Relevant LSA qualification or equivalent experience
- Commitment to the Position
- Experience offering 1:1 SEN support
