What you'll be doing
• Managing a portfolio of Personal Lines and HNW clients
• Handling renewals, MTAs, new business and general client queries
• Providing a high‑quality service and building strong client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider group
• Using Acturis daily to process and manage client information
What you'll bring
• Ideally 2+ years' experience in Personal Lines insurance
• Acturis experience is strongly preferred
• A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a long‑term career
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
• A team‑focused mindset - you enjoy learning from others and contributing to a supportive culture
