Summary
The post holder will be responsible for promoting patient safety & experience across the organisation through liasing with clinical and non-clinical staff, providing education and training, and supporting with the systematic reviews of patient safety incidents and complaints. You will support the Trust to develop an effective patient safety & experience focus and culture through analysing themes and trends within incidents, as well as supporting care areas to look at recommendations and safety actions to improve the delivery of services to patients. The post holder will advise on the application of the national Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) to managing risk and safety
