We have an opportunity for a Marketing & Lettings Officer to join our team. This role will be based in Leicester, with travel to other offices as and when required.
The Role:
This role is responsible for the effective marketing, letting, and day-to-day management of Intermediate Market Rent (IMR), and Key Worker accommodation. The postholder will work to maximise occupancy levels in line with KPI targets while delivering a high-quality, customer-focused frontline service.
Operating within the strategic direction set by the Head of Specialist Housing and the Marketing and Lettings Manager, the role ensures that key worker accommodation is safe, well maintained, fully compliant, and a place residents are proud to call home. The position combines hands-on marketing and lettings activity with customer support, compliance, and administrative responsibilities to achieve operational goals and high levels of customer satisfaction, in line with company values.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting Property Managers and Accommodation Advisors with repairs and maintenance requests, liaising with contractors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Assisting with financial administration, including account adjustments and reconciliations.
• Gathering and reviewing customer feedback to help improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Manager and deputising when require
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media and property listings.
• Organise open days and promotional events in collaboration with partners
• Coordinate and facilitate tenancy signings via DocuSign and ensure compliance with regulations
• Act as a frontline contact, handling tenant inquiries via phone, email, and reception.
• Administer the processing of initial rent payments, deposits, and the establishment of direct debit
• arrangements.
• Ensure accurate data entry into property management systems and maintained compliance.
To be successful in this role you'll need:
Essential:
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the confidence to handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Desirable:
• Experience in property lettings, tenancy management, or a related housing or customer service role.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, property advertising, and online property listing platforms.
• Experience using property management or customer relationship management systems.
• An understanding of tenancy agreements, rental regulations, and compliance requirements.
