Summary
Catsfield Pre-school is a small, committee run pre-school situated in the rural village of Catsfield in East Sussex.
We take children age two to school age and are open 9-3 term time only.
At Catsfield Pre-school we pride ourselves on our strong links with local families and the wider community, understanding that for children to learn best and grow, they must feel safe, cared for and valued as individuals.
We offer an engaging and motivating environment, using purposeful and open-ended play-based activities to help our children become curious and explorative investigators, who are actively involved with the world around them.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is caring, positive and highly adaptable, understanding the importance of continually reflecting and developing their own knowledge and understanding, so that they can provide the best possible learning environment for our children.
Essential Requirements
The person must have:
• Previous experience of working in an Early Years setting
• A level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.
As we are a ‘pack away’ setting, we are required to set up each morning and pack away our resources each day. This requires an element of physicality and the ability to work from 7:30am once a week.
Working patterns: 7:30-12pm, 9am-12pm & 12pm-3:30pm
