Summary


St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Physiotherapy Service is recruiting to its Band 5 Physiotherapy Rotation. We are offering the opportunity for you to work in a range of specialties. We offer a diverse range of 6 monthly rotations in the following clinical areas: Out-patients, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Stroke, Medical and Surgical wards, Cardio-thoracics, Amputees, Falls & Bone Health, Senior Health, Older Peoples’ Rehabilitation, Paediatrics and Pelvic Health in teams led by experienced senior therapists.

If you have the motivation, enthusiasm and desire to develop your clinical skills, already have excellent communication skills plus the ability to work well and flexibly within a team, we will welcome your application.

We will provide you with excellent clinical support from experienced clinicians in all areas, plus a structured in-service training programme to enable you to develop your clinical and professional skills.

You will participate in the respiratory nighttime on call rota and the respiratory physiotherapy weekend service. You will be allocated to a respiratory mentor who will support you to gain your respiratory competencies before joining the rota,
