Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel.

Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
Proven experience in care or within a nursing home environment is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of patient care principles, including medication administration and case management.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records.
Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of clients and changing work environments.
