Key Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day front office operations

• Lead by example in delivering warm, professional, and personalised guest service

• Supervise and support the reception and guest services team during shifts

• Handle guest queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution

• Ensure accurate check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards

• Assist with training and mentoring new team members

• Maintain high standards of presentation, communication, and service at all times

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a front office or guest services role, ideally within hospitality

• Confident communicator with a calm and professional approach

• Natural leader who enjoys supporting and motivating a team

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to remain composed and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
