Our Line Chefs prepare meals and snacks throughout the day, consistently delivering well-presented, high-quality, and flavourful dishes from our seasonal menu and special boards. They assist our Head Chef and/or Sous-Chef to prepare the kitchen stations ready for service, ensuring they are stocked appropriately and cleaned regularly throughout the shift. This role is essential in guaranteeing quality food service our guests anticipate, providing them with another option to self-catering and allowing them to spend more precious time with family and friends.

You will need a good basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation. Previous experience is a professional kitchen is preferred, however experience from college or cooking at home would also be advantageous. Not got experience but still interested?
